Shipping policy

Domestic US Orders 
We only ship plants from Mondays to Fridays to avoid having plant orders stuck at distribution centers over the weekends. Orders may take up to 5-10 business days to process. Once your order has been processed it will be delivered to your address based on the shipping speed chosen. 

We strive to insure that all plants arrive in good health, but minor damage due to transportation, such as a broken leaf or bent stem, is sometimes unavoidable. 

While most plants are shipped potted, larger plants may be shipped without pots for logistical reasons. Leaves are carefully wrapped in polyfil or newspaper, then the plants are bundled in paper sheets and secured to the box. During times of extreme heat or cold we wrap the bundles with a layer of bubble insulation.

Winter shipping conditions can be unpredictable despite the most careful packing. Complimentary heat packs are added as required based on weather conditions at our nursery and the destination. We reserve the right to delay shipping until there are favorable weather conditions.
